Section 4
Analytics and cookies
We use third-party services to understand how this website is used. These analytics tools run only on masri.tech; none run on our staging or preview sites.
Google Tag Manager (Google LLC) is a tag-management container we use to load and configure analytics tags on production. The container itself may set cookies or similar storage as needed to deliver those tags. Google’s privacy materials are at policies.google.com/privacy.
Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) records the pages you view, an approximate location derived from your IP address, your device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. It sets cookies in your browser so that return visits can be recognized. You can opt out of Google Analytics across every website using Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) records session replays and heatmaps of how you use the site (clicks, scrolls, and page interactions). It sets cookies and similar storage so return visits and sessions can be recognized. Clarity is loaded via Google Tag Manager on production (not as a direct page script). We configure Clarity to mask sensitive form fields on contact forms. Microsoft’s privacy materials for Clarity are at clarity.microsoft.com/privacy.
Apollo.io records visits and, where a visitor’s network can be matched to a business, may identify the organization that visit came from. We use it to understand which businesses are researching our services. It does not identify you personally by name.
We do not sell the information these services collect. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies in their settings, and blocking them does not prevent you from using this site.
Section 5
Cloudflare Turnstile
This site’s contact forms (and related bot protection) use Cloudflare Turnstile in invisible / interaction-only mode to distinguish humans from bots.
As a condition of enabling Invisible mode, we reference Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum. The Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy apply to Turnstile.
Cloudflare may process technical signals (for example IP address and browser or device signals) for bot detection, as described in that Addendum. Masri is the controller of personal information you submit through the forms and uses Turnstile to help secure those forms.
Section 6
How can customers contact us with questions?
Customers may contact us by phone and email. Our form on our website assures your information is secured; replies may contain personal information in order to answer questions and concerns.
Section 7
Information retention
We store information collected for as long as you are our client or representative of our client and for 180 days thereafter, for the purpose of internal reporting, analysis, invoicing, reporting, discrepancy reasons and to prevent fraud, or until we delete information collected from you pursuant to your written request. Please note that we may be required to retain certain information by law.
